You have access to a broad range of lab tests, including blood tests to check for signs of infection and chronic disease. Find more out more about the types of the lab tests through our website.
A doctor referral is necessary ONLY in case of insurance billing. The referral specifies the type of lab test you need and where to send the results.
We accept walk-in patients or insurance patients, but it depends on the laboratory insurance coverage. For walk-in patients, you can visit to the laboratory with or without a doctor’s prescription, and if you have medical insurance, make sure to consult first with the physician as per insurance guidelines
Fasting is when you consume no food or drinks, with the exception of water, for a set period of 8 -14 hours before your test. It is commonly required for test glucose levels and lipid levels (cholesterol). If you have not been advised by your doctor to fast, then fasting prior to your testing is not required.

Usually not, however, this may depend on the type of test you’re having. You should not stop any of your medication unless your doctor has told you to do so. Please bring a list of all your current medications (including dosing) to your collection as you will need to disclose this to the collection staff member.
